Katelin & Christopher Wedding

This past Saturday started off a tremendous holiday weekend. The wedding of Chris and Katelin was truly a blessing. The atmosphere and overall setup of the wedding and reception just added to the day. The ceremony was super quick! It was traditional and ran without a hitch! Once we got to the reception, the real fun let loose. This couple is surrounded by very loving family and friends!! We were honored to be capturing these wonderful memories!!

Sisters For Your Journey Scholarship Gala

All we can say is WOW! The Sisters For Your Journey Scholarship Gala was an honor to be apart of! The reason for the event was clear and just. The St. Augustine's College minority women truly were deserving and everyone in attendance looked stunning! Now this event was lavish to say the least. SFYJ pulled out all the stops! The Grand Marquise Ballroom of Garner, North Carolina was perfect. This was really our first time shooting the red carpet but it was a pleasure. This star-studded event was honored with many special guests including: Vivica Fox, Kajifa Frink, Jennifer Williams (VH1 Basketball Housewives), Miss North Carolina, Host Def Jam poet, Poetri and more!! Shawn & Kim Wedding

It was a very special day on Saturday!! It is always a pure joy to see to young Christian folks who are truly, truly in love getting married. The wedding was outstanding, including some good ole Freewill Baptist Church shoutin' goin on plus the reception, which was held at the Hilton Charlotte University Hotel, was also fun-filled. Shawn & Kim seem like they have "found a treasure" in each other! Praise God for such a union!!! Shooting wonderful weddings like this make the 2 1/2 hour driving and the prep time worth it!!

Famiy Portaits

This cool family was just that, COOL! My wife referred this awesome family since they have the new beautiful baby girl!! Now, I must admit, I'm not a baby photographer. There is something about my large/gargantuan 6'4" slim frame that doesn't fair well with little ones. But this shoot was fine. I didn't scare the baby at all the only reason she made a peep was because she was hungry. There might be hope for Jones Photography in baby portraits after all! Thanks you all for a great shoot!!

Wow, Pageant Pics!

We had the most amazing time down in Aynor, SC this weekend.!! Aynor is a small town outside of Conway, SC, which is the city right before Myrtle Beach if you are heading down 501. Anyways, we went to the Hagood House (a bed & breakfast) one time and were hooked. In fact, we were only in SC to shoot at a women's conference actually in Myrtle Beach so we love the Hagood House sooooo much that we commuted an extra 35 minutes so that we could stay there but still shoot at the conference. We are tired but we really enjoy ourselves there!! Anyways, we figured we could squeeze in a shoot in between conference stuff on Saturday. Call me crazy for squeezing it in but it was so worth it!! Our two pageant models hooked us up! We got some great pics so hopefully we can show the pageant powers that be in our area that we can and will do PAGEANT! See for yourself!!

Senior Spokesmodel Promo

What a wonderful day! We had several of our rising seniors come into the studio today to prepare for the upcoming senior portrait session. These young ladies really knocked the photo shoot out the park! As always, we had fun and lots of laughs!

MM Charlies Angels Shoot

Well, we may be recorded as the craziest photography company in Fayetteville! For some odd reason, we had a brilliant idea (please sense the sarcasm) to do a Charlie's Angel type shoot OUTSIDE this morning!!! It was colder than a meat cooler outside this morning! The attire was supposedly corsets, jeans and heels with weapons! WE ended up with 2 brave (or you can call them a tad crazy too :-)) models that endured the cold! Thank the Lord for heat in cars because all of us could not feel our fingers and toes after that hour we were outside. Thankfully for the models and their ever so helpful moms, we pulled off some incredible images. I think we will go back to that location again when the weather warms up. Nevertheless, it was a pleasure as always to work with these to ladies! And Mitch was a pleasure to shoot with as well! Until next time!

Alter Ego shoot

Yesterday was quite awesome. It was initially supposed to be a formal wear shoot but we turned it into a alter ego shoo. Our two models (Brookelle & Ceaira) we great to work with. We stayed up half the night editing because we were really eager to see some finished shots. What an impressive day!

Keyoka & Travis Wedding

What a wonderful wedding that we attended today! The two families that merged were already a family! I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to work for! The bride and groom were looking good and the wedding party was stunning as well. I pray many blessings upon their family. Can't wait til proofing time but for now, here is a sneak peak!
