Senior Pix Heating Up!!

Well, we at Jones Photography have done several senior portrait shoots over the last 2 weeks and they just keep getting better. To cap off a wonderful week in which we found out that another Jones baby will be coming in 9 months or less, we just had another incredible session. Taylor really had it going on today! The sun was out, the wind was blowing, the temperature was good and we all just nailed it! Thanks mama for being a great assistant today!! ;-) Can't wait to edit a few more of these wonderful shots!!

Gospel Play Shoot

We had another opportunity to shoot for a good cause. This will be our second time shooting shots for an upcoming, outstanding gospel play. We won't release any details but the play has been casting and the outcome will be a blessing to area attendees. The crew was a trip and we actually managed to catch a serious shot through all the giggles. All these people can and will be great models in their own right! Watch out for the little guy as well!!!

A Jones-Cooper Wedding

Nothing seems to be more exciting than doing a wedding! Watching a young, loving bride & groom become one is just one of the most touching events on Earth! To make this one even more special, this past weekend was our opportunity to capture our lil sister's wedding. Man, this was truly a blessed event! The ceremony & reception went off without a hitch and we have hundreds of beautiful pics to prove it!! I'm glad our sister and new brother gave us the chance to work some magic this past weekend. All we can say is WOW!

Yesterday was a good day but today got even better. It started off a tad slow. The rain caused our model shoot to be postponed. :-( However, by the time 2pm hit, the sun was ready for action and so was my Senior!! A beautiful, athletic, now-Senior executed a brillant shoot. What better way to end the day than to capture some outstanding images for someone ready to close out their high school career and prepare for the WORLD!!! All we can say is WOW!!!

Maternity Shoot

We had a wonderful shoot in the studio today! I know its been awhile on the blog but I just had to go on record with this young couple. They were very receptive and the shoot went on without a hitch. I don't get many maternity shoots so I was extra excited. Hope yal like the shot!!

Senior Portrait Fun

Well, I had the pleasure of doing some senior portrait stuff for a church member. I'm telling you, I had a blast! It seemed like only yesterday this young lady was just starting high school! Now she is about to go to college. Man, I'm getting old (in age, not in spirit ;-) ). Anyways, it was a very enjoyable day. The rain didn't come as expected so we made it through the shoot without any bumps in the road!

Bobby Jones Gospel (New Orleans)

Its has certainly be en awhile since we've posted a new thread. We have been extremely busy with the new studio and booking several shoots. Just a few short weeks ago, we were able to do a shoot down in New Orleans, LA. WOW, is all we can say. Thanks to Rick Rhoda and his talented artists, we had the chance to not only do shoots in New Orleans but actually see and meet the admirable Dr. Bobby Jones!! Rick's crew had two solo artists and one group perform at a live recording for Dr. Jones' Saturday show. The atmosphere was so anointed! All the artist did well and the 12 hour drive really wasn't that bad!! We had the chance to tour the town and even got to eat some spectacular food (Thanks Food Network- Dumps, Diners, & Dives). The food at The Joint was better than advertised on TV!! Other than the weird nightlife, N.O. was spectacular!!
